Terms of Service

By using GPM Bot (“the Service”, “we”, “us”) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
Data controller
GPM Bot is operated by Korova Games, which acts as the data controller for all personal data processed through the Service. For privacy-related requests, contact gpmbot@korova.games.
What GPM Bot does
GPM Bot connects to the official Steamworks Partner API (IPartnerFinancialsService) using credentials you provide and delivers daily sales and wishlist digest reports to your Slack or Discord. We do not scrape any Valve website or use any undocumented API. You remain solely responsible for your Steamworks API key and your compliance with Valve's Steamworks Partner Program Agreement.
Your account
- ›You must provide accurate information when registering.
- ›You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
- ›You may not share your account or use the Service on behalf of someone else without their authorization.
- ›We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service or violate these terms.
Your data and credentials
- ›You grant GPM Bot permission to store your Steam API key and webhook URL (encrypted) and to use them solely to fetch and deliver your reports.
- ›You can revoke this at any time by removing your credentials or deleting your account in Settings.
- ›We do not use your Steam data for any purpose other than generating your reports.
Acceptable use
You may not use GPM Bot to:
- ✕Violate Valve's Steamworks or Steam Partner terms.
- ✕Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.
- ✕Circumvent rate limits or intentionally overload the system.
- ✕Resell or redistribute access to the Service.
- ✕Use GPM Bot's Slack or Discord integration to facilitate, advertise, or conduct financial transactions, cryptocurrency transactions, or the minting or transfer of NFTs.
Availability
We aim for reliable delivery but make no uptime guarantees or SLA commitments. Steam API availability, Slack and Discord platform stability, and third-party infrastructure are outside our control. We are not liable for missed reports due to Valve downtime, platform outages, or infrastructure failures. We monitor delivery health via Sentry and act on failures as quickly as we can.
Payments, billing, and refunds
Paid tiers are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. All prices are in USD. We will give at least 30 days' notice before changing pricing for existing subscribers.
Refund policy: if you cancel your subscription within 7 days of purchase and no reports have been sent on the paid plan, you are eligible for a full refund. After 7 days or after reports have been delivered, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. To request a refund, email gpmbot@korova.games with your account email and the reason.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until then.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, with or without notice depending on severity.
Limitation of liability
GPM Bot is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed revenue data or incorrect report delivery.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Steam and Steamworks are trademarks of Valve Corporation. Slack is a trademark of Slack Technologies, LLC. Discord is a trademark of Discord Inc. Use of these names in GPM Bot is for identification purposes only and does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.
