Data controller

The Services are operated by Korova Games, which acts as the data controller for all personal data processed through the Services. For privacy-related requests, contact support@steamlikes.co.

What the Services do

Steamlikes Catalog indexes publicly available data from Steam Store APIs to provide game discovery, search, “More Like This” recommendation graphs, and related analytics. No account is required to browse the catalog. Game data (names, descriptions, images, tags, reviews) originates from Valve's public APIs and is updated periodically by our automated crawler.

Steamlikes bot connects to the official Steamworks Partner API (IPartnerFinancialsService) using credentials you provide and delivers daily sales and wishlist digest reports to your Slack or Discord. We do not scrape any Valve website or use any undocumented API. You remain solely responsible for your Steamworks API key and your compliance with Valve's Steamworks Partner Program Agreement.

• ›We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service or violate these terms.

Your data and credentials (Steamlikes bot)

• ›You grant Steamlikes bot permission to store your Steam API key and webhook URL (encrypted) and to use them solely to fetch and deliver your reports.
• ›You can revoke this at any time by removing your credentials or deleting your account in Settings.
• ›We do not use your Steam data for any purpose other than generating your reports.

Intellectual property

Game data displayed in the Steamlikes catalog — including names, descriptions, images, tags, and review scores — is sourced from publicly available Steam APIs and remains the intellectual property of Valve Corporation and/or the respective game developers and publishers.

The Steamlikes and Steamlikes bot service names, logos, UI design, and original content (analytics, recommendation graphs, editorial text) are the property of Korova Games. You may not use our branding in a way that implies endorsement or affiliation without prior written permission.

Availability

We aim for reliable service but make no uptime guarantees or SLA commitments. Steam API availability, Slack and Discord platform stability, and third-party infrastructure are outside our control.

Steamlikes catalog data is updated periodically by our crawler and may be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable. We are not liable for missed Steamlikes bot reports due to Valve downtime, platform outages, or infrastructure failures. We monitor service health via Sentry and act on failures as quickly as we can.

Payments, billing, and refunds (Steamlikes bot)

Paid Steamlikes bot tiers are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. All prices are in USD. We will give at least 30 days' notice before changing pricing for existing subscribers. The Steamlikes catalog is free and does not require payment.

Refund policy: if you cancel your Steamlikes bot subscription within 7 days of purchase and no reports have been sent on the paid plan, you are eligible for a full refund. After 7 days or after reports have been delivered, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. To request a refund, email support@steamlikes.co with your account email and the reason.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until then.

Termination

You may delete your Steamlikes bot account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access to any Service for violations of these terms, with or without notice depending on severity. Access to the public Steamlikes catalog may be restricted if we detect automated abuse or bulk scraping.

Limitation of liability

The Services are provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including missed revenue data, incorrect report delivery, inaccurate or outdated catalog information, or decisions made based on data displayed by the Services.

User-generated content

If we introduce features that allow you to submit content (such as reviews, lists, or comments), you retain ownership of your content but grant Korova Games a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it within the Services. You are responsible for ensuring your submissions do not infringe any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Steam and Steamworks are trademarks of Valve Corporation. Slack is a trademark of Slack Technologies, LLC. Discord is a trademark of Discord Inc. Use of these names in the Services is for identification purposes only and does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation. Steamlikes is not affiliated with Valve Corporation.
